Please read this page before using Quantorum. It explains the main risks of trading and of using AI analysis tools.
01Trading risk
Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of the money you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
02Options risk
Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Options can expire worthless, and buyers can lose the entire premium paid. Some strategies, including selling uncovered options, can lose more than the amount invested. Short-dated options, including same-day expiry (0DTE), can lose value very quickly. 03Not advice, not a broker
Quantorum is software operated by Avyren Inc. Nothing on this site or produced by the platform is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trades are placed through the brokerage account you connect.
04AI limitations
Quantorum uses large language models and automated analysis. These can make errors, miss relevant information or reach conclusions that prove wrong. Outputs are analysis for you to evaluate, not predictions, and results can differ each time an analysis is run.
05You confirm every trade
No trade is placed unless you review and confirm it. You are solely responsible for every trade you approve.
06Backtests and hypothetical results
Backtested and simulated results are hypothetical. They are calculated with hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, and cannot capture slippage, liquidity, fees or changing market conditions. Hypothetical results do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results.
07Data, connectivity and execution
Market data, broker connections and order routing can be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. Orders may not execute at the expected price, or at all.
08No endorsement
Connecting to a broker's API does not mean that broker, FINRA or the SEC has reviewed, endorsed or approved Quantorum.
