Cancellation Policy

AI Token Top-Ups

AI tokens are purchased individually rather than on a recurring basis. There is nothing to cancel — you simply stop purchasing further tokens whenever you choose. Any unused token balance remains on your account until it is used or expires, subject to our Refund and Dispute Policy.

Subscriptions

Once subscriptions are available, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting founders@avyren.ai. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of your current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then, and you will not be billed for the following period. Cancelling a subscription does not affect any AI token balance already purchased.

Account Closure

If you close your account entirely, any active subscription is cancelled effective the end of the current billing period, and any remaining AI token balance is forfeited and is not refunded. If you hold a token balance you intend to use, use it before closing your account.

Account closure does not affect your brokerage account or any open positions held there — those remain entirely your responsibility to manage.
